How important is online privacy to you?

Are you more private about your online activities now than you used to be?

Why or why not?

Well, what are people hiding? If it's criminal activity that people in a free country would strongly oppose, then why should it be protected?

I guess the same response could be given for putting a surveillance camera in your house so that the government can watch you.

If "what is there to hide" is the answer, then there should be no level of privacy violation tolerance, if that is the case.

It's either privacy or not. Not shopping cart privacy.

I feel China is going that path. North Korea has always been there, assuming they could afford the technology.
