My church has a lot of young adults, for instance, the missionaries, and even the elders, but I was expecting old men to be elders. But that's OK. I am saying a bunch of reverse ageism I think.

I was mistaken. My actual baptism involved mostly older elders, but my prep talk on baptism involved the younger ones.
