There is no absolute truth. What is truth is determined by your knowledge, intelligence, the culture you were brought in. Therefore, truth should be understood in the whole concept.

I'm still a bit confused on the topic, honestly.

I'm still a bit confused on the topic, honestly.
If you are atheist, your truth is different from someone who is religious. If you are agnostic, your truth will be different from atheist and religious person. All of the truths are right in some way. So, instead off vouching for absolute truth you need to look into context.
